Where they started
Pawafactory is a team in Mutare covering three trades: solar and backup power, refrigeration and air conditioning, and electrical installations for homes and businesses.
Their work happens on rooftops, in commercial kitchens and beside inverter walls. Their number was already on the stickers and banners they leave on the job.
What was getting in the way
Three trades under one name is a lot to explain. Someone with a fridge that has stopped cooling and someone planning a solar system are looking for very different things, and both need to know quickly that they're in the right place.
The proof already existed, in photos from real jobs. It just needed somewhere people could find it.
What changed
